Growthy runs online work for local service businesses. This page says what we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it. It covers growthyagent.com and the Growthy service.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and mobile number, so we can text you and send receipts.
- Business details you give us — your company name, city, website or Google Business profile, the pieces you subscribe to, and whatever you tell Growthy while it works for you.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive the result of a payment and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Site usage — the pages you open on growthyagent.com and the industry and pieces you pick, which are kept in your own browser so the page remembers them.
- Email signups — the address you give us for demos, for the next founding round, or to be told when your industry opens.
Why we collect it
To run the service you are paying for and to talk to you about it: to do the work you ask for in the accounts you connect, to bill you, to send receipts and service notices, and — if you asked for them — to send the demos or the launch email you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; service messages about your own account continue while you are a customer.
Who sees it
We use a small number of processors, each for one job:
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
- Supabase — the database that holds your customer record, your onboarding answers and our email list.
- Vercel — hosting for the site and its server endpoints.
- Klaviyo — email lists and the emails we send you.
- Resend — transactional notifications, such as telling us that a new customer signed up.
- Meta — advertising measurement, so we can tell which ads bring in customers.
Each business runs in its own workspace. Nothing you give Growthy is shared with another customer, and we do not use your customer lists for anything other than your own work.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are a customer and for 12 months after you cancel, so that returning is easy and so we can answer billing questions. Ask us sooner and we delete it sooner. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Email hello@growthyagent.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you are in a place with specific data rights, such as the EU or the UK, those rights apply and this address is how to use them.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your data, or your customers’ data, to anyone. We share it only with the processors listed above, and only so they can do the job they are listed for.
